Money play or money set?

Everyone has one of these. It's a play that, when all else fails, can all but guarantee a few yards. What's your money play? What playbook is it in? Do you need certain abilities for it to work effectively?

Mine used to be RPO zone alert Omaha (from the 49ers playbook). Most people bit on the run, leaving the bubble wide open.

Now, I'd say it's Flanker Drive out of Gun Tight. Double drag and hot route the right side receiver to a corner route, and that can get a few yards in many scenarios

I don't really have a money play, but I like PA Crossers and Mesh Spot.

Mesh Spot is a pretty good play. Don't run it too much but generally works when I do.

Somebody Is always open for me in mesh spot

Gun Bunch/Gun Bunch Offset. Verts and Trail is really good by keeping it stock. Tight Slots HB Wk has Flood and Mesh that can be ran stock but of course can get glitchy with a few adjustments

Okay okay. Even if you message me privately, what adjustments do you use? Or does it vary?

At the start of the game I always go to Gun Bunch and run Bunch Trail. I have two options on this play. 1. I put my outside receiver on a post and do nothing else if I read zone or 2. if I read man,I put my outside receiver on a drag and motion my slot receiver to a slant. i normally run number 2 because it has 2-3 man beating routes. The first being the motion slant, second being the TE angle, and sometimes the 3rd being the corner that sometimes works. Reason I say sometimes is if the corner is on his right the route gets bagged every time. The corner route is also a good bail out of I read it wrong

Ooh interesting. Bunch trail in general is a good play design (TE angle mainly) but those audibles really make it better.

Bal Playbook, i Like HB Sweep option in a 2 te set. lowk forgot but whatev. Its a stretch play that doesnt turn on inside stuff but has  hug gap between the DE and DT. i can audible into singleback deuce TE and run PA slot crosser and HR the X receiver to a post or crosser

Oooh that sounds like a helluva set there.

The amount of gun bunch guys in this thread is comical.

I've got a few from the New Orleans Saints playbook, but the one that jumps to mind is Y Out HB Swing out of Gun Tight Offset TE, which is the formation I primarily use when I'm focused on passing the ball.  There are several plays in that formation I've come to rely on in a tight spot, but that's the play I've used the most, I'd say.  It's quite versatile even when run stock, although there is a hot route or two I tend to mix in depending on the situation.
