There's really no magic trick, although you've received some very good comments and suggestions. It basically just requires investing the time to learn which sets are popular (i.e. profitable) versus which are not. And this can (and will) change during the course of the week. The market swings, often wildly, between Mon/Tues/Wed and weekends. Buy what you feel are the most popular AKA (or other promos) during the week and sell them back to the weekend players on Fri/Sat. Then flip the script on weekends, buy the cheap Legends players while they are plentiful and sell em back to people during the week.
Start getting familiar with the Prices Dashboard: https://www.mut.gg/prices/ -- using this can often help you determine which theme teams are most popular. Be advised that EA absolutely hates when people profit, so be aware that things could change at nearly any point. In prior years, you could snipe and sit on gold cards / Core Elite, etc. from the most popular theme teams and positions, but that isn't nearly as profitable this year, as we only require 20/20 to complete them teams. Don't snooze on the popular punters, kickers and FBs from certain theme teams, these tend to sell for a pretty penny -- although EA introduced a bunch of Platinum cards of these positions to try and lessen the profitability.
Once you've built a bit of a coin stack, it becomes significantly easier to start rolling those coins around and earning profit. Sniping LTDs comes with risk, but can often be done if you are patient. Only invest in your team if you really need it to play competitively, etc. Try to go through the year with a team of budget beasts. Figure out when MCS tournament play is happening, as that will increase demand by quite a lot. Many Comp players only invest in their teams leading up to tournaments, at which point, they'll pay nearly anything.
Such a bro for making it easy on us newbs - makes complete sense thanks 🙏🏼

Don't be shy about using those 24 hour auctions, even trying to sell cards at max price -- you'd be amazed what will actually sell, especially on weekends. People are impatient, we want what we want. If you look through your binder and can find a card that there's 0 current active auctions, go nuts. Most won't sell, but use trash cards to build into other sets. Identify any hidden gems, there's 70 OVR cards that sell for 10k coins, or much much more. Especially offensive linemen.
Eventually you'll figure out patterns that work for you. You'll want a calculator, or perhaps even spreadsheet if you're getting into building sets. That's a lot of work and requires fiercely and actively working the auction house. I'm not here trying to get a MUT Economics degree, the goal is most profit for least effort.
You could or should basically have 20 auctions running at all times... doesn't cost anything til cards sell.
Cheapest Training by OVR section on the prices dashboard will tell you when cards have dropped below Training value, so you know a really good deal. The day cards are released, so many people but coin packs, the prices tend to plunge before going back up. Good luck, if I can do it, anyone can.
Sounds like a lot of really good advice. Sniping and building sets is a way not only to make coins but as you do them you will get to know more about the cards in the game, what there value is, when they have the highest value and to whom they are most valuable.
You can make coins anytime but you will be most successful when more people are on and opening packs. The hours immediately following promo releases are our highest volume time.
If someone gives you a coin method first you should thanks. We are very stingy with our methods in this community. Second, do the math on it before you go start buying cards. The market can shift quickly. Lastly methods probably arent going to last forever, for several reasons, so you should always be on the look out for new ones

That's the truth right there, grinding money is easier than a Madden coin grind lol
I'm NMS but ngl, I play and do tedious grinding while I'm working, haha. I often have downtime to do so...uh, kinda like right now actually.
This year was easier for me. Pulled 84 dt the first Day. Sold it immediately for 500k while I knew it was a hot item at the time. Been smooth sailing ever since. If u get lucky and pull an ltd. Sell that shit RIGHT AWAY!!! if u really want it... buy it a few weeks later for a fraction of the price u sold it for. Or use it for a few games just to test it out. But sell it!! Lol. I've always done this. Always works

Actually I would advise NOT to sell certain LTDs right away. They tend to go up in price once they're out of packs. Then you can sell it once the price climbs.
I would say only sell right away the ones you know people aren't going to want or aren't that good.

That's fair to say. Does depend. If u were lucky enough to pull that Wiggins or worthy you'd be sitting pretty!

as an employer, I would not give praise to that of a self-made madden millionaire. I’d rather see you have work experience
Which Chipotle do you manage?

I do all challenges Im more asking about market flip etc. techniques.
Without anyone selling their soul of their plan could you advise on some ways to maybe generate 100k passively while playing.
Profitable set building is the best way to make coins. It's time consuming though unless you're "investing" (read: gambling). The best way I've made coins is on the morning of a release - AKA and Legends especially. Most people just punt the lower overalls that they get in packs for low prices so you can buy these, build the heros, and sell for profit. This Monday, AKA lower pieces could be bought for like 8-10k. Eight of these make a hero which could then be sold for like 120k. Not much but you make like 15-20k a pop. If you spend the first hour of a release, you can usually make 100k. To put it in context though, the coin selling sites sell 100k for about $4. Do with this information what you please.

Makes sense, but I'd rather NOT give my hard earned $ to EA, especially with these horrible pack odds.
twitchtaxpro said:it doesn't take much time at all. it literally takes 3-5 minutes between games just checking filters quick and then going back to playing. if you sit and just grind the AH you will get burned out. once you have a healthy stack of a few million it becomes VERY easy to stack coins through LTDs which is how the best guys do it. you have to grind the first couple million, but once you can grab up the top LTDS at the start of a new overall cycle, you can make 3-5 mil in about 1 hour.
woah i never knew about that method, is it consistent every promo? whats the timing in which you buy n sell?
