Last time I went on EA Help (over 2 years ago), the person "helping" me told me to give them my name, the usual stuff (obv didn't use my real one; I used the one I always used on there). I give them my name, then a few minutes later they act like I'm not there and close the chat. Truly a shitty "help" system.

If I buy a toaster and I'm not happy with it, I don't go out and buy the same toaster. Don't understand why you guys are complaining when you're the reason the game sucks so bad. you guys pre-order and buy the special extra madden points edition no matter what, and guess what? you guys are going to do it again next year. EA literally could make a pile of dogshit a card but if it's 6'6" with 90 speed you guys will pay for it. Sure I bought the game too but I generally enjoy playing franchise and collecting Cardinals cards so I can stare at my theme team. If you guys are so unhappy stop buying the game.

Our fault?!!!? Bullshit. All we do is pay for the game that's it. Acting like we give EA more than that, how laughable. And don't tell us what to do when it comes to buying the game. We'll stop buying it when we want to.

I am strongly considering selling all my coins and not playing this broken game anymore since its too late to get a refund for it.

Not having H2H rewards anymore.

Noticing all of the bugs in the game that don't get fixed, and then when something benefits the players, it's IMMEDIATELY fixed

Lack of communication when there is an issue, until it's resolved.  Leaving people hanging in the dark wondering about what the response will be.  

They should have a PR rep that specifically communicates their current efforts, what's being worked on and estimated time of fix to ease aggravation.  I'd feel better knowing what its coming and when it should be coming vs. being left to wonder.

If you reinforce EA's shitty behavior by paying for shitty packs and pre-ordering the game, yes you are a big part of the problem, I don't see how that's hard to understand.

Its hard to understand how Im part of the problem when I dont buy these shitty packs...... Im not that stupid lol
