It says in the description that it resets at 1:30 pm est.

No, there's been 2 so far. One Thursday, one Friday. Today's will be available at 1:30 est

I thought the same thing at first.  Usually there is some type of counter, or they show each day's challenge with a checkmark to show completion.  This just puts up a new one  each day at 1:30 EST, with no reference to any other days prior.
