I sure hope this is fixed, it’s been a week since I’ve been able to play MUT. Surely this should be the top priority of EA since it’s such a widespread issue.
That’s really rough. As far as I know, EA is on break and there isn’t a fix so we might not see one until they get back next week but hopefully we have one sooner. It should be the top priority but it’s seems like making money is the only priority of EA.

I had heard that the devs were back today. I sure hope it's not another week.
They did update the EA help website with a little orange tab saying they were working on an issue with not being able to log into Madden

If making money is their priority players being locked out is not good for that. Means less people can spend money on the game.
Ngl, last night I really messed up and hit (best lineup) but luckily nothing happened.

Since 25 Dec, I put a lot of thought into what happened... and still have no idea what I was thinking re 'best lineup' lol. My 37 presents still waiting under the tree, I hope. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Tricky part is which Help thread EA officially wants to track the issue. Ticket system for reporting and feedback has been inconsistent, and closing these with 'no solution currently available' is disengenuous at best.
Brutal. Can you log onto the app at least to buy cards so you don't miss out on any price drops?
EA Tweeted out that they're aware of the issue, but that they won't be able to look at it until this week when people are back at work.

That was my first time hitting it. I usually always add manually, but I hit the wrong button and panicked after reading about what it does. Got lucky I suppose.

Nope. I can log on but the error screen shows up whenever I try to buy a card or access my binder

At minimum, EA Help workflow should be updated, as soon as a user indicates same problem on current gen and/or next gen Madden console version(s) And the Mobile App.
Shutting down/unplugging console, checking ethernet cable/Internet connection, etc. seem very outdated, and waste ~ 30 minutes of valuable CSR time per call / callback on average. I know Tier 1 / Level 1 is offshore, but there's gotta be a better way, given the scale of this repeatable problem and metrics collected.
Logged into previous gen Madden 23, just for grins, and got updated/new unread Notifications that my Trades had expired, brief spark of hope there lol.
