Universal coverage’s ”advice” is to “avoid“ universal coverage, even though every pro player uses it. Shouldn’t that be changed?

Its not the best defensive x-factor but considering for example it takes 3 sacks with the same player to activate unstoppable force, it is much easier just to throw on 3 Universal coverages since they activate when a player gets an int. The chances of getting unstoppable force to activate without the momentum perk 'that enters everyone into the zone' is very difficult. I don't know if avoid is the right word but I dont think any Defensive x factors are really "worth" it. Nice to have just in case though.

Everyone uses stuff differently.
Its that way because its not passive and harder to get activated and once activated, doesnt stay long usually.

If it’s not the best why does everybody decent use it lol

Everyone is one the same page with you. I run 2 Universal coverages btw.
Universal Coverage:
Pros: easy to activate, probability of getting at least 1+ pick 90% in a game so it is safe to say it will be active at some point in the game.
Cons: The actual buff to your DB doesn't last long isn't the best buff compared to like selfless or Unstoppable force
Other X-factors:
Pros: Better Buff
Cons: and this is major but the chances of me getting 5 hit sticks or 3 sacks with one player is very low lets say like 2%
Thus as we are saying the definition of "best def xfactor" could be boiled down to do you just want something that activates constantly and that you actually have on the field (but might not be as good) or just the best buff possible.
