Honestly I would say to just enter the raffles of the players who you would really like to have. I thought it was a sham because I never won. A couple of months ago I won one. And just this week I won 2 raffles and never buying more than 30 tickets. The second raffle I won someone else won with me only purchasing 2 tickets j recently. (Check the 1000 GG points raffle winners from yesterday.)
