I'm so confused... I could be one week away from redeeming, but the 6 tokens I earned on 1/16 are all not able to be added to the set. What do I do here? Luckily I've bought two bundles and have 4 extra tokens... Anyone else run into this?

Nothing you really can do besides complain to EA and hope they fix it. There's a number of people with the same issue.

Im in the same boat. I currently have 6 tokens that do not have the option to be put into any set (Xbox series X). i have seen this issue brought up sporadically over the past several weeks, but absolutely nothing has been done about it on EA’s end. And of course reaching out to EA support is completely useless as they deem every case closed as soon as you open one.

If anyone else is still having this issue (or knows if it has been addressed or commented on in relation to a fix), please feel free to reply to this post. Perhaps someone at EA could actually attempt to doing something *wishful thinking*.

My buddy and I both. He just checked. Both on PC. At first I thought maybe it was to not allow people who buy aka crews bundles to get access early? But that doesn't make much sense. Idk
