My grumpy old man list of things I don't like

I'm a grumpy old man and I don't like the way some of the things are right now. Allow me to share:

1. If you're still running Bo at QB and at RB - just stop it. And if you also have him at TE, stop it right away. It was barely fun when the cards first came out; it's tired and played out now.

2. Please stop winding the play clock down to :02 seconds EVERY PLAY as you call your audibles, put your players in motion, and do God knows what else. You are not Kyle freakin Shanahan. I know you probably get a bit of liftoff in your pants when you feel like you achieve a pre-snap edge. Use some moderation, Charlie. No one wants to see that.

3. Same goes on defense. Does it really take 13 seconds to decide whether you are going to play Dollar or Dime? Just pick your play, select Mailata as your user because the YouTube video of the guy promoting illegal coin schemes told you to get him, and let's play ball. 

4. I'm tired of the Vick/Dickerson combo. I feel like I see it too much. Don't be a Vick Dick!

5. Hey EA: why does my internet connection struggle only when I'm winning?! I've been kicked out of 3 games the last 24 hours, and the last 7 times I got booted, I was winning (I'm not that great a player, btw, so it's not like I'm leading often). 

6. I finally just won the Super Bowl today and instead of getting the 3 Trophy Packs that I've heard about, I only got 1. I wonder if this is a recent change? Is this maybe because they were flooding the auction with too many cards? And if that's the case then why not just give us more coins for winning the Super Bowl so that we can go out and buy more cards - thus helping them with the issue of too many cards in the market??

All that said, I still love the game and I still have fun playing it. I'm just grumpy!

trophy packs are division dependent I think, I believe 3 is for MVP, i know I get 5 for legend SBs

I can’t say that I really agree or disagree with much of what you said. But I can say that it was at least entertaining to read! That in itself is better than 99% of the threads I read in these forums. Thanks for the fun read!

Haha - my pleasure.. It was meant to be tongue in cheek. I got a kick thinking about a grumpy old man playing this game and what his reaction would be. 
I know that people legit get made at elements of the game. I’m just trying to have some fun with it!

1. OOP cards are the greatest, the only bo jackson i didn't use was the RB card because it was not OOP

2. I am not kyle shanahan, I am mike, the founder, the greatest, and if I didn't have to spam the d-pad 8 times to get a player to go in motion I'd gladly snap it at 3 seconds instead of 2. Also, clock management is the #1 reason people win and lose close games. 

3. It actually only takes 10 seconds, not 13 and thats because I'm changing dline subs based on your offense. It's called "strategy" if you got your scheme from a guy that opens up his videos with a "safest way to get madden coins from my sponsor use mmoexp, link in the bio" then they already lost. Most of us getting schemes from someone else use the pro madden player services. 

4. Get Vick Dick'd right in the mouth buddy. It's the most budget friendly option for a great QB and HB that's why it is common. 

5. Git Gud internet my guy.

Ahhh! So you’re the guy with Wilfork at QB and a backfield of Fridge and Trent Williams. Please don’t let me rain on your fantasy but let me just say this: my fantasy usually involves Bo Derek and/or Cheryl Tiegs…

And that’s still very much a game I’m losing!!

git gud......you mean have ZERO football iq or logic? buy a team buy a ebook and have abilities bail you out? yes this game is trash and the skill gap is narrow lol EAs plan worked perfect! let abilities run the game to bail ppl out and keep the user engaged while chasing the dragon aka gambling all day. you know this game is trash when anything that comes out or is used is followed by  " is that new card glitchy?,....." is that play or playbook glitchy?'" trash lol

buddy, My goal is always to have a 1 ton backfield, wait till we get the OOP cards for College Ultimate team and I'm running Wing T with the hefty lefty jared lorenzen at QB Danielle Faallele at FB and Ted Washington, Trent Brown on the wing
