My Season 3 theory ahead of tonight's announcement...

Normally at this point we would know about all of the forthcoming season rewards. At least two days before it drops. To this point, nothing.

Therefore it wouldn't surprise me at all if it didn't drop tomorrow. I can see there being an 'interim' period with just a Zero Chill Field Pass to cover December, equivalent to last year when the team took four weeks off and didn't do the TOTW, WC Wednesday and Thursday LTD drops.

And then Season 3 would probably start on the first Thursday in January, or close enough.

What do you think? Plausible or not?

My Guess is Season 3 starts when they bring back that 99 overall Team Affinity card set.  Glad I never put my tokens in that set.

They never said anything about it on the stream. We'll find out tomorrow from noon Eastern.

But given that we've still got a full 11 days or so of this current CP to go, not being able to claim the available XP from levelling up would be such a waste.
