New-ish to game and looking for team ideas

so basically I got madden 21 and played mut but didnt get hugely into it bc I got it late, I got mut 22 around 2 months into the nfl season and I'm looking for help building a team that I can do h2h seasons with and weekend league, my Ideal budget is around 1m but willing to spend up to 1.3m but I'd needa grind a bit of coins for that. I would just like some help from a more experienced player if it don't bother y'all, I run a gunslinger offense and a nickel 335 cover 3 defensive scheme, and I have john lynch and cordarrelle as it goes for free players. I'm just new to this team-building side of the game. Any Help would be appreciated, thanks!

Do all the solos and get as many ncat cards as possible. You're not getting real far with 1m.

I would definitely recommend building a theme team, getting 50 of the same team well get you +2 to speed, accel, strength, agility, and jumping. Uniforms, playbooks, coach, and stadium all count toward theme team. You'll get x3 team chem for your team captain and team Diamond. On the mut.gg site you can find the section that says theme teams, it'll give you the best players for each theme team. If you decide to go this route and need help let me know.
