I’m a pocket passer but like to have the option to scramble a bit if needed. I have 600k to upgrade with. Mainly looking for the best pass releases. Doesn’t have to be mobile if They have a good release. I’d appreciate any recs. Thanks

Doug Williams Superbowl, he's probably ~100k -- if not Doug, then it's Bo Jackson (Combine), both have same Traditional 4 release, which is buttery smooth. It's good enough to run either with or without Gunslinger, if you prefer HRM instead. If you have the Combine strat card, he's able to easily be maxed to 99 SPD and all relevant stats. Bo is and remains THE best QB in the entire game... unsure if either of the new Manning twins will interest you, if so, perhaps it makes sense to wait until tomorrow's AKA Crews drop.
The only potential "concern" (it's not / barely) or thing to be aware of with Bo, his TUP (Throw Under Pressure) stat does not meet the minimum threshold of 90, so it can at times cause inaccurate passes if you are being chased around. The way to avoid this is by using an offensive Strategy item "Fearless" that will boost your TUP to 91 (or at least 90, depending upon which you get blue/purple).
I'm not sure anything else makes a ton of sense to go with, Doug for budget option or Bo for truly best available. Whichever you choose, be sure to put Gift-Wrapped on them, it helps tremendously with pass catching.
