New team captains + team captains ovr increased

New team captains Jason Elam (k) and Gerald McCoy (dt) added. Also team captains can now upgrade to 86 ovr.

But looks like only 4 more tokens were added. So we can still only have one fully upgraded if my math is right.

It’s gotta be Elam right? Because even fully upgraded the rest look lacking one way or another.

Correct. Maxed out you can do an 86 & 81. (Or 84 & 83 if you want team chems on both)
