Go look at the current passes and cycle through them all (ex. Season 5, competitive, Reel Deals, etc) to see what objectives are currently there. If you work on grinding challenges and solos while staying mindful of what objectives you have available to complete you can build out a 90+ team relatively quickly.

Go to the LIVE EVENTS tab. Hold down the LT on the controller to see the various Promos that offers the Field Pass (FP).
Make sure you put the required players from each of the promos into your Lineup to get the Field Pass Season XP. That was for every Solo Battles and Challenges you can stack the XPs.
Real Deals - 2 Players
Free Agency - 2 Players
TOTY - 1 Player
+
Make sure you have a Team Captain on your team to get the update tokens.

Both Legends and Ultimate Legends Champion sets are for auctionable players. Grind those two sets of challeneges and see which players are selling for the most coins. Make sure not to do any of the smaller tokens sets for any program. Always try and complete the Champions sets.
