What are the differences between the two? How big is the difference? Does ur playstyle need to change if i come from next gen to current gen? Thanks
Im on old gen and I'm going to assume that the game is very similar other than the skill based passing and probably some new animations for new gen. All in all I also think the game is probably a better gaming experience on old gen considering we don't have all this glitch blitzes and stuff like that. I don't think you would have to change much up for your play style but I'm sure there are differences.
I’d like to know too. I’m still stuck on whether I wanna get next gen now or wait till Black Friday

I suggest if u can get ur hacks on one for retail… go for it… l on Black Friday i dont they are going to put the ps5 on a good sale (if at s all) and even if they don’t put it on sale it’s when people go shopping… there is gonna be more competition to get one… but thats just how i see it
new gen is a smoother gameplay experience with exception of Legend Solo Battles which are a nightmare. I’m moving to play all SBs on old gen and everything else on new gen
I play both versions as Solo battles and some challenges are easier on the old gen vs next gen. The next gen version seems more realistic, graphics are better, and it does play differently with player movements, fieldsense, and passing mechanics. I like the new passing as you have more control on where the ball goes. The screens movements and loading are faster at times, but it was a bigger difference last year.
I prefer the next gen version, but I do like having both versions for solo battles and challenges that I don’t feel like being challenged on when I am trying to knock out challenges fast without much effort.
Next gen is more realistic and current gen still feels really fast and all of the features that were added like precision passing are all on next gen. current gen is the same as last year

I’m an Xbox guy. And I could get the series s the smaller one for cheap but haven’t had the money lately. I wonder if that’ll be cheaper then too or like u said they could be all sold out on that day too
Next gen ain't worth $500 for a series X.
