Ill start with Taylor Mays
I think Mays is just the only one that really fits this category.
Mays is the poster child for this. Palo Mao this year, is a great user for someone that has not even played. Vick and RG3 had some good seasons in the NFL but in MUT they are God Tier. Not sure if they would count.

i dont know if id count vick but i would count rg3 just bc he had a few good seasons but didnt get to establish himself. aka he had the potential

He was never very good but gets god tier madden cards. No HOF, no pro bowl, averaged 3 sacks a season, 1 sack/1 tackle all time in playoffs.
