It’s worse this year.  The auction house is much worse.  Every year they make it more and more difficult to compete without spending significant real money.

If you play a lot, definitely spend in the beginning of the year if you will spend at all.

I feel like you can build a good team and have coins to carry you through the rest of the year, as long as you dont buy cards that drop the day of the promo from the ah.

I spent 100$ and have about 1.2 mil with an 82 ovr team. Was worth it for me 100%

I start every March (gamepass, I don't even buy the game lol) and have been NMS my entire MUT career.

I am in Legends in both H2H and Champs each season and consistently knock off top 100 players.

I simply don't have the time to play 1000's of games. I'll avg ~400 total games in the 5-6 months I play the "latest" version.

At this point, play last years game (24) whenever you need to scratch the itch.

You can "win" at the game, and be completely NMS, AND take a *healthy break* each year during the Holidays (Nov-Mar) Great refresher.

Then, get the latest version and grind baby but stay away from the $$$$$$ scheme they have going.

I have the worst luck in the world because this is ehat i tried to do but one of my big spending sprees was to get josh allen. Turns out there was a glitch or something that i obviously didnt befit from so right after i spent to get him, everyone has him. Very unfortunate.
