When this issue starts to occur, it seems like it's because a change was made to your lineup.

Did you recently add a new player to your lineup? A new strategy item or uniform (this is the most likely)? Previously adding the MCS Henry uniforms made objectives stop tracking in the field passes.

Did you possibly remove your rookie premiere player/s from your lineup? Sam Hubbard as well as the other RR players do not count.
