i have seen people say that the guards and tackles awareness rating is overrided by the centers awareness… is this true?
looking to sell my cody whitehair (88 AWR) and buy the 87 speed Blitz Avila LG (76 AWR)

not sure how to tell if it's true but I believe it to be based off this source: https://www.reddit.com/r/MaddenUltimateTeam/comments/171nw6v/offensivelineattributes/k3s78iy/
maybe consider running the team captain Mawae at C - 90-91 gets really good AWR plus possible boosted more with more captains in lineup
Mawae is currently my maxed out captain
It's true but the way I understand it, it's only the lowest awareness oline player. So you can't count on your C's awareness making up for a whole oline of players with low awareness. Unless maybe they're all tied for lowest awareness. Admittedly, I'm not sure on the details.

u/whereitgoes84 is a great source but of course since its EA bullshit they wont tell us what exactly stuff does.
I just use the highest player awr at C no matter what and hope it helps the whole line
All I will say is if any of this is true it would just be the latest example of "why would they make it like this in the first place"/"why are we ok with this?!" In a game full of them.
Things like how "all madden makes it so players ratings basically don't matter/is equalizer on steroids" or how most ratings in the game might as well not even exist/are all the same, especially anything between 85-89, 90-94 etc are all exactly the same) are other examples just to name a few.
How does no one even care about these things? Lmao

Because its not going to change.

Well thats a sad and lazy attitude to take as gamers/customers (and IMO a big problem with nodern society as a whole lol) Thankfully its also not true.
EAs reign of terror is likely nearing a close. There are other companies prepping to take over and compete (some have already started releasing non NFL games even) and EAs revenue is down from MUT and theyre not happy about it. Also if recent history is any indicator EA will likely choose even on their own volition not to renew the NFL exclusive license (like they did with FIFA) anyway. So likely (knock on wood*) better days will return.
Feels weird being positive about something, im usually known as quite the opposite. Lol

Yeah, this dude’s threads on Reddit are a masterclass about how to build a solid offensive line. He was able to break down some of the most relevant coding on those positions.
So wait, whats being said is your o lines awareness is all the same as the lowest awareness card on the oline? Is this accurate

if you or anyone else is worried about ratings I'll tell you what to do, plug in a subpar running back and just marvel at the insane animations you start to get after you play with them for a while. all that coding/stats talk is just a bunch of bullsh*t.
I just tested 82 david montgomery and the other team literally couldn't tackle him, this is after selling 93 faulk who could barely get a yard. ran w/ 82 derrick henry the other day and he was getting crazy yards........ none of the coding in this game makes any sense.......
was trying desean jackson on a corner route I run alot he literally did not seperate once in 10-15 games, I put in 83 devin duvernay and the card is open almost every single time and seperates "ALWAYS".
i'd record it for proof but i'm sure someone would just remove it........ but from someone who's heavily tested the sh*t out this game & all players, take those rating w/ a grain of salt.....
one game it feels like i'm running in mud, the next game my players are lightning quick, nothing makes any sense w/ ratings in this game.
I bet you I can plug in a sub 87 overall line right now w/ a trash running back and score 200+ yards in the game. I literally watched the game just pull players away from that david montgomery card and allow him to run the stretch. the guys user & players just got slower & couldn't grab him.

Thats multiple factors.
Trash playing, DDA, thresholds, etc.

We literally cant do anything unless people stop buying the game and spending points but youre not going to do that.
Its always nice to have competition.
