I just picked up Shaquille Leonards aka card from the aka pack, and I realized that he doesn't fit in any of the formations that I use, is there any way to use him at DE and is there any downsides to that?

I use dollar 3-2 and big nickel over g in the 46 playbook

You can manually sub him to DE in game or put him at one of the rush DE spots in the specialist tab of your lineup. As a rush DE, he will automatically play that position in any nickel, dime, or dollar formation.

I would use Milk Man at RDT. His physique fits the position better and he'll disrupt well on the interior

Agreed, especially when OP is in dollar. In BNOG, I would still put Milk Man at rush DT, but pair him with a slightly bigger DT/DE that can help against the run.
