What is more important at this point in the game, stats or abilities? For example Russ Grimm has insane stats on a Legends TT but doesn’t get NS and SP for 1 AP like Bruce Matthews. Same scenario for Willie Anderson vs Gary Zimmerman (Secondary RT). What’s the move?

Abilities ultimately trump attributes at this point.
I will use Grimm because he gets 2X UL o-line chems and I want the UL boost (once we can get it) on top of Tornado boost. Plus Grimm has played great for me and I can sacrifice the AP since I don’t require much AP on my QB.

The abilities are now a way for EA to make your existing cards obsolete so you have to replace them.

Abilities for sure. But even if you put the best abilities on your linemen, they will still get instashed sometimes. it’s just part of the game
