Omaha X-Factor broken?

Picked up the GT Mahomes after I saw a streamer use him.  I like his his short and medium throws out of the pocket better than FA Brady.   If you want to throw long or run the ball with the QB he isn't going to be for you.  I did better then I had ever done in WL yesterday with Mahomes so I am going to stick with him for now.

Put Omaha on him and couldn't get it to active.  Then I moved to an indoor stadium and put indoor baller on him as well.  Still couldn't get it to activate.  4 straight passes of 5 plus yards in the air and still no dice.  I am on next gen (PS5).   has anyone else been able to get this to work on next gen?

I tried it on next gen Xbox and it seems to work fine for me

I ran Omaha on BB Peyton Manning since he came out, till I got 99 DP Josh Allen, and I ran it on him too until last week when FA Brady got to a 99. I’ve never had any problems activating it, and I’ve probably activated it the most of any QB X-Factor I’ve used this year. If your experiencing problems, I don’t know how to help you, other than specifying the requirements.

You have to have 5 consecutive complete passes from the LOS, so no screens, bubbles, etc. Also, any incomplete, or any passes less than 5 yard will reset the count. Maybe your just misunderstanding them or whatnot. Hopefully this helps :)

didn't realize if i made a pass less than 5 yards it would reset.  that must be it.  will give it another try tonight.  thanks for the responses.

Yeah, the 5+ yard passes have to be consecutive or it doesn't count.

With Omaha active I also found that it only showed the defensive coverage using right trigger on Xbox, not left trigger. I had gotten so used to using left trigger to view my play before the snap that I didn't realize there was a different button to do a slightly different version of the same thing: I would have thought both triggers would show the same thing or each have a completely different function.

Left trigger shows fatigue, IIRC.

Yeah left trigger is play art, and you can use the right stick for fatigue, ratings, matchups at skill positions...

Right trigger is play art, defensive play art (w/ Omaha active), and abilities/X-factors with the right stick.
