I keep getting the following: "Error Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." when want to log in to MUT25. Tried different connections without success. Last time i played on Fri and was OK. Does anybody have same issue?
i have this problem since 10 hours, i also try different connections. nothing work.
Same problem here. Which country are you playing from? I've read on twitter, that players from Europe can't connect to Mut.
“EA servers unavailabl . . . “ All day, so far. United States.
Also in Germany having the same problem, never had problems before, tried at 11 this morning, 3 pm now 11:45 pm, always the same. Pretty frustrating...if anybody finds a solution please post.
If you have any of the uniforms enabled from field pass, take them out and put the basic ones back on

Thx, but the thing is, u can't even connect to mut. From the main menu they won't let u enter the mode, no chance for any uniform, lineup changes, etc

That sucks. Sorry to hear.
I'm able to log in ultimate team. Read somewhere that the problem could caused by jersey, which can be earned in the season field pass, so i sold mine through companion app. Don't know if this was the issue, but the online part works for me right now.
No companion app for European players, only available in NA, it's a shame :(

I'm from Europe, and it does work for me.
The last 2 weeks this has got progressively worse for me (UK based) and the last 2 evenings I have been unable to access MUT 25, but no issues with 24.
Contacted EA but they are clueless and simply copy paste from the script as this issue seems to be beyond those working in the help department.
Has anyone found a workable solution to the ..."Our Servers cannot process your request at this time".
I have tried just about everything to get this to work,
