"Our Servers cannot process your request" XBOX1 old gen. MUT challenges only . I can play Head to head. anyone know a fix for this EA has been no help

I'm not familiar with this one but I would try scrapping my current lineup and rebuilding it from scratch if you haven't yet. I know that many times, errors with a current lineup can cause issues with loading into games. It's a long shot, but worth a try IMO.

i have tried about 6 different lineups

Then I'm not real sure what I'd do next. EA Help is worth contacting since maybe they have had similar complaints and know what's going on?

Been emailing them since Friday, Not much help,
Suggested i change lineups and remove abilities, tried about all i can think of.
This only happens on the "Old Gen" consoles, I went and bough a new one works fine... but i hate the menus and slow animations .

Im having same issue on PS4. Tried new lineup but that didnt work. If I figure it out I'll let you know.

All Ea help does is give out troublshooting forums for internet issues. wont even look at the possibility it is messed up on thier end

I'm on an Xbox series S and am getting the same issue. I have redone my libeup twice now anyone else. have any tips.

i'm pounding EA suppoert.. i suggest you do the same. Maybe we can get an answer.. its in the profile for my EA account on their end. My xbox1 started dioing it.. its 7 years old.. so i go buy a NEW gen console.. Hate it. Buy a tear old XBOX1 load the game fresh to it...Same problem. Its in my profile on thier server

Ive been chasing this for going on 3 weeks. I finally had someone from EA support ask for my EA account info testerday.. Email i cant find a chat or phone number.. Maybe i get some help. I wont quit until I do. I will let you know if i find a fix
