Currently have a 50/50 playoffs and was gonna upgrade WR or HB, have Taylor and Jones splitting carries, but was thinking of bringing pacheco in, but also think that doubs may help more since Shakir is my WR1 at the moment. Or would yall suggest I upgrade another position?

It depends, if you like running the ball and your team is run heavy go Pacheco, but if your more passing go Doubs, but wait on the next playoff drop, because there Is a good chance that they will drop another HB and WR

Playoff chems actually max at 60 so you are 50/60....so you can add more playoff cards....seems like if you are using Shakir as #1 WR you don't have a very expensive team (no offense), so what does your lineup look like to get 50/60? Then maybe we can help figure who you could add-Pacheco vs Doubs or someone else maybe
