The star elites and mystery packs were not showing up in the store for me than about 5 mins ago I got a star elite as a customer service grant, anyone know what’s going on?

Apparently they are refunding packs from the Kelce thing, No BND 99s are coming.

I was in the middle of opening mystery packs and then I went to open another one and they were gone. Still don’t have them back and I never got a star elite customer service grant And I had opened packs during that Kelce debacle. So who knows. Star elites were and are still in the store tho so I’m not sure if you’re just missing them or something. They were under the first tab

they said the rollouts for the makerights are in a 48 hour window so may take a bit to get ur kelce packs back

Gotta love how they always have to rollout in waves. I’m still waiting on the “2nd wave“ of rollouts for preorder points to go out that they never gave me and I paid for those so I definitely won’t hold my breath

Mystery packs were glitched today - they were giving out packs that aren't supposed to be in them. Legends packs, and a couple of others.

Yep my store is all.messed up. Missing TOTY tab mystery packs, not showing up in the store...etc

I went to sets then backed out and then the star elite showed up and star elites are now in the store and still no mystery pack
