I picked up Josh Gordon, Wes Welker and Blount Today and am loving how they perform. However, I’m wondering if I should keep Josh Gordon or sell him for a fully powered up Randy Moss. I don’t have speed strats, so Gordon won’t be able to achieve 99 speed while Moss will. Which is better, Randy Moss or Josh Gordon?

It depends on your playstyle. If you like going deep, get Gordon. If you like mid-range throws, get Moss. I like where your teams going!
