I am not sure if I am missing something on the rare strat cards.  I can’t see where it says which positions the rare cards boost.

Sorry, I mean everyone once they fix the game so that Rare items count at all...

OP... it doesn't say on the card.  But load the strat in your lineup... then on the right side menu click on it and it will highlight the cards on your offense / defense that are getting the boost.

The Rare strats work.  They do NOT boost everyone.  It's usually just one or two positions.
