Am I missing a chem to activate?
I got the 8 upgrade tokens (Last one yesterday) and he's still an 84, 85 when I put him in my line-up.

You gotta go to the bottom and choose between the speed, run block and route run chems

You have to put the tokens in him and then select the chems that get unlocked on the bottom of that screen. I have seven tokens in... put them all into Run Blocking and he's a blue 91 on my 50/50 ZC theme team.

Also, unless you have him in at TE those chems don't activate. At least they didn't for me when he was only at FB or specialist.

Put them all into speed. Speed gimeta him up to 92 speed/96 Acc when maxed and he has 96 Impact Block and 96 lead block. Stock 81 RBK is fine unless you literally are going to try to play him at tackle.

You can activate them at FB if you have fully upgraded Penn and equip the FB secondary position

Fully maxed out with all tokens at FB is a 94 ovr But i don't have 25 ZC chem either

94?? Best I could get him to was 90 at FB and this is fully maxed with FB chem activated.
What is the secret best stat recipe? He doesn't look better than the Keith Smith Falcons/ZC FB to me.

I have him at 94 fb with the zero chill strategy item from solos and also a 25/50 lions tt. Also I put the speed option for all of the upgrades
