Additionally, the deluxe edition now entitles you to receive it's contents on both platforms rather than the one you opened first

I am on Xbox and still haven't received any of my preorder content. I didn't receive my M23 preorder content until M24 dropped and it looked like a pack on M23 said " M24 preorder content" I didn't open it. The next day it was gone. Am I crazy?
