We are aware and investigating the following around Madden Ultimate Team:
Players unable to access Ultimate Team
Team Affinity Objectives Tracking
Rookie Premiere Tokens | Number of Tokens & Tokens in the Binder
Delayed Rewards & XP
How do we get their attention on the halftime desync problem. That should be a critical priority for them, it essentially renders games meaningless and really kills any motivation to play.
If people discover a reliable way to do it, they can avoid losses if they just play to halftime even if they're down 99-0.

They know about it, they just don't care
Got madden 23 for xbox and playstation. Got on playstation after playing xbox mut level was the same but did not get any level reward. My EA account r link.
