But...why? This feels like releasing a new program where the highest OVR is 85 right now.
I can't imagine anyone is going to swap out their Deep Route Specialist/In The Zone speed items for any of these.

I see the card art is the same as the Season 2 rewards. Will this work only on the Level Up rewards or all players? Also how do we obtain these cards?

Looks like EA forgot In The Zone had +SPD on it. You can upgrade it:

They're just regular Rare Strategy Items that have always existed but now there are new upgrade tiers for them.

Pardon my dumbness, if we already have these we can upgrade them more or is it only the new ones with new tiers?

I've had my In The Zone item since September and I was able to upgrade it this morning. It seems to just be new upgrade tiers on items that already exist in the game.
There might be more to it that I don't understand yet, but this is my assumption based on how my Strategy Items are working.

Thank god, I was not excited to have to try and roll for these new strategy cards. Good on EA!
