Permanently Delete Account

How do I delete my account?  I just started an account on my phone and learned that you can only have one account.  I'd rather use my new one on the phone.  I've tried to delete this one but can't find a button to do this.  Does anyone know how?

It may be because of its association with twitch that you can’t delete it unless you delete that, that’s what I think

Well I learned something new about an ea account anyway by reading that page. It’s not so easy to get rid of an EA account either apparently
