So I recently was told that you don’t need Pick artist on an CB’s, FS’s, or SS’s that are 6’3 or taller? Is this true? That’s like saying, a player with 99tackle doesn’t need secure tackler?

I'm curious about this myself. I know many players prefer taller DBs because the extra height can help clog up passing lanes and they can better defend against aggressive catches downfield. The extra height also helps taller DBs reach and thus intercept more balls in general than their shorter counterparts.
The exact wording of the comment that told you this is "EA insider revealed CB, FS, and SS that are 6’3” and above do not need PA to animate for INT."
This has me wondering if it's like how LBs need lurker or lurk artist to be able to jump like DBs. Locking animations behind height is a pretty believable thing for EA to do in my opinion. So I would not be surprised if DBs 6'2" and shorter need an ability to get the same animations as 6'3" and above.
Haven't tested it but 6'3"+ players probably still need pick artist to get the unlimited stamina after a pick. So there still might be a small benefit to running pick artist even if they don't need the animations.
