I just opened a chat with EA support and they are logging the issue - I would suggest anyone else with concerns on these being in packs do the same so that they can look into it and if warranted, issue a makeright to those affected.

“If” there was a make right I’d argue a refund of your funds and a return of coins to them. Not a flood of more free packs that hurts the community.

Idk what to tell you guys. Next time buy them the day they come out instead of taking the chance buying a day after and assuming they are in there. At least you know for sure that the LTD is in there the day the pack comes out. Like someone said above, you gambled and lost

I don’t know why you are arguing. I didn’t buy them yesterday, because I didn’t care about getting the 94 WR Moss. I bought them today for a chance at a 94 LTD CA card. They weren’t in any of the packs for anyone in the pack offer. That’s not gambling and losing. That is false advertisement.

I think the pack is mislabeled. I wouldn't have gotten the pack if the chance at a CA player wasnt in there.

I have heard that the 94 CA cards weren’t in any of the platinum packs for anyone. Only in the CA packs.

if LTDs aren’t in packs that advertise LTDs it’s false advertisement in a way. They didn’t specify which LTDs would be available and moss is still in packs. If the packs were there tomorrow when moss has left packs and there weren’t any cover athletes the argument would still be better. A random BND for anyone who opened one of those packs after 10:30 eastern is, imo, the best solution. CA weren’t in packs that they should have been in. People wanted them. Give them a random BND one to not hurt the market too much, but to still give some utility

It’s what they’ve done before when cards that were advertised to be in packs weren’t in packs that they were advertised to be in. An influx of non BNDs would hurt the market
this pack says
”you can get a 94 LTD”
if not all 94 LTDs are in the pack that is, in fact, false advertisement. It’s not that we didn’t pull cover athletes - it’s that they were not in that pack in the first place
