Playbooks on old Gen not updated?!

Hi, 

on Madden-school.com i saw that the playbooks changed and got some new Formations and plays. But it seems like they just did not update the playbooks on xbox one / PS4.

Anyone know if this is supposed to be like that or is it just delayed?

Assuming you have all the updates, whatever playbooks you have are probably supposed to be like that. Only EA can say that for sure though I'm just speculating.

Before release of 24, Legend said something about playbooks on that not being accurate to what was in the game. Not sure if they've been updated since or if that's true but I trust Legend.

We're pretty much at the point where development is going to be focused on the current gen version of the game. The old gen version is pretty much just going to be roster updates so I wouldn't be surprised if playbooks don't get updated anymore.

I'm staying on the old gen version of the game.  I'm a Steelers fan but I love playing in the Saints stadium so I picked them as my favorite team and was pleasantly surprised when I discovered that the offensive playbook was exactly the same!
