Player Presents missing

I had 3 player present before Christmas and I went to  open my packs 30 minutes ago and I had no player presents and tons of random X-large presents that I never had before!! Did this happen to anyone else, help please!!

Yeah mine are missing too, apparently they’re just mislabeled though, so one of your other gifts will likely have the player In it

Yeah it happened to me and they were mislabeled but they are in there somewhere !

Yeah my unfinished business player present was at the end of the gifts and labeled Legends present. It contained a 95 BND Tom Brady that has 0AP gunslinger.

Update: The Tom Brady is no longer BND and can be auctioned. currently going for 390k

no presents should be missing. They are only mislabeled.
