So, the XL Present has a XL style bow. Does that mean this is a random LTD? EA said that the present size (which meant the bow size) meant nothing on those XL presents, I guess we will find out in 2 days.

No, not at all. I am referring to the Player presents that sell for 8440 snow.
There are two bow styles on those presents even though they have the same quicksell. This clearly indicates which are 94 LTD and which are the standard 93, it’s the same promo rating algorithm for players on every current promo barring a few 95 outliers. That also means we could have a 95 LTD present hiding somewhere in this promo, IF that exists, it would more than likely be the Covertron present that dropped in the second wave. That’s the golden goose of this promo 94 or 95. But I’m not committing to saying there is a 95 hidden in this promo, just that the possibility exists looking at the current promo card ratings outside of ZC.
Regarding the 94LTD or 93 player presents, even the drop rates indicate the XL style bow players are the 94LTD. I’ve pulled multiple Miami Twinkle/Bo present/and Original Lurker presents, not only single pulls of the XL style bow. Still looking for Winter Hero actually and I’ve opened a lot of presents.
EA has pushed this promo bigger than they ever have before, I think people are going to finally be pleasantly surprised.

I had the opposite experience. I had only the "larger" bow presents in Gingerbread DE, Dex the Halls and Winter Hero. Then I pulled Original Lurker and the Bo Present. I say the bow size means nothing at all. All presents at 8440 will be the same overall whether they are 94 LTD's or 93 Champs.
So which presents have an XL bow?

These are all the ones with the XL bow: Future Warlock, Festive Defender, Fast & Frozen , Covertron, XL Present, Winter Hero, Dex the Halls, Gingerbread TE and Gingerbread DE
I don’t understand what you mean by the opposite experience, just because you pulled more larger bow presents? Did you have any duplicates? I’m positive I have opened more presents than you by the amount of player presents I have and the amount of doubles I went through. That gives me a pretty decent sample size to drop rates.

Same here, I rolled everything on each drop Plus the season pass. Who knows then considering the only two I didn’t get were Winter Hero (that I’m still after) and Gingerbread TE (which I could care less about). There is no way the larger bows and rarer drop rates don’t indicate something. EA has a long history of playing the clue game in their promos, and this promo is based on hints.

Not to mention that every other day we are getting new 94 LTD cards for every current promo. Thinking that the peak cards of the current major promo are not going to be at least 94 LTD doesn’t pass the smell test.

Having played Madden since the very first version and seeing what this game has turned into now and how this promo went last year, I am very skeptical of what these cards are. I hope you are all right and they are 94 LTD's, don't get me wrong. Past history though is the greatest indicator of future behavior, so I will go with 93 non LTD's for these cards.

Yes, same here. I am at level 21 on the ZC pass and opened all those presents as well. I did not play the event though, so you may have gotten presents from there that I didn't get.

Same man, I’m a N64 vet haha. I get the scars are deep from EA screwing the fan base at a roughly 75% promo rate. I just see writing on the wall for this one and don’t think they would rush the backlash. We have a lot of new players jumping from NBA2K either from getting hooked on NCAA first or because of the NBA ratings tank this season. EA is swimming in MUT money more than usual and would be smart to try and hook the new fan base with a solid promo.
So far the standard ZC and Ghost cards have been OP even without buckets.
The only reason I think the bow theory is not likely is because the presents originally were mislabeled. That's why EA removed them from having sizes on them. The regular XL present has the same size bow as something like Winter Hero. Do we really think a present worth 3,600 snow is going to be the same value as Winter Hero that quick sells for 8k snow? I think that's unlikely.

And even if the theory is correct, I'll be happy either way. I have 8 total 8k snow presents and three of them are the "LTDs" with the bigger bows.

Ah that’s a good point, this original borking does further muddy the waters and points away from the bow theory
