I don't think you can intentionally do it unless you user one of your linemen, but I have seen it happen naturally.

interesting. i haven't seen it myself, but then again i'm hardly ever looking at the defensive line

A stunt is when two pass rushers cross and switch who they attack. Like an inside lineman going out to the tackle, while the edge rusher attacks the guard.
