As title states, I am curious how many of you use Post Up and Double Teams regularly, or at all>
Do you use Post UP Ability and/or Double Teams when you play?
Especially before I had like all secure protectors. BC double teaming inside stuff or UF can stop the player.

Absolutely, in a perfect world, both Guards would have Post Up ability, but at the moment i'm favoring the Secure Pro + All Day stack on both guards. In lieu of dualies, i have been using Post Up on my past 3-4 Centers (Evan Brown, Lloyd Cushenberry III, now Kevin Mawae)... it's fantastic against Dollar.
Heck, before we had any O-line abilities, i would often Double Team whenever I'd face an opponent with a legit pass rush ability, but that quickly became difficult, if not impossible, as D-line abilities advanced at a pace much faster than the O-line. Secure Protector has the benefit of cancelling out many/most pass rush abilities, but it's still fairly common for people using the roll-out cheese with their blazing fast QBs to ensure they can get around the edge, by double-teaming the outside pass rusher, for whichever direction their play will be running.
This is kind of why Vick didn't last long as QB1, lefties simply cannot roll out to one side of the field, which gimps them for a lot of players. I'm basically a statue in the pocket, scrambling with my QB has never been part of my repertoire. I want to play simulation fatball, not some arcade shit, but YMMV. Yes, setting up blocking / pass protections before most plays is absolutely imperative.
