Pre-Order 83 NAT cards

Over in the General Chat section Frostybirdman posted this but it didnt get many replies

I was browsing the cards on here and noticed that there are some 83 core elite NAT cards shown (Micah Parsons OLB, Jaycee Horn CB, etc.) Anyone know how these cards are/were obtained? I pre-ordered the deluxe edition and never saw anything about these listed, so was wondering how you even get these cards.

More than likely from pre-ordering from gamestop. They had the same offer last year.
