This is a publically traded company that rakes in hundreds of millions of dollars in profit off this game.
It is one of the top 5 days of the whole year for content releases. so yeah ppl should be hauled in on their day off if it doesn't work right.
EA has been milking the player base for cash and not delivering over and over. They need to playtest and QA and they are very clearly not doing it.
So yes if you mess up at work this bad expect to come in on your day off.

After figuring out which present each is, I have just gone from lowest return (harvest)value to highest.
Interestingly enough, My last five team of the week presents ended up being 93 to 95 AKAs, Blitz and zero chill players.
Sometimes EA's mistakes work to a benefit.

Yeah, I regret not keeping more small meaningless categorized presents and trading them all in for extra large's because that did not work out in my favor

Also, when I opened my blitz packs (labeled wrong as snowy xl), I got 92 to 94 totw, legends and stocking stuffer.
So I never got my blitz packs. Which is fine. I think I did better with what they gave me

Mine were so all over the place, I had no idea what was what. I would think one was Legends, but then other stuff would pull....
What a mess. I opened 152 gifts, and now way was it the correct amounts of each gift, nor were the contents right. I had 18 blitz gifts, ended up with 13 blitz players, so somwrhing was wrong.

yeah today was the day I just ate and sleep I figured this was gonna happen

I said this on a later thread I give it 11:30 at the latest I slept til almost 5 after breakfast and look what I booted up too
(shocker) a broken game I ain't even mad or quizzical at all no matter if it's a new guy or old guy it's the same plague over and over again welp Merry Christmas to you guys.
