There’s a lot of variables to account for. How many pass rushers are you sending? What kind of formations? How quick are your opponents getting the ball out?
If you are using contains then the abilities on your edge rushers won’t activate.
If your opponent is using Edge Protector then Edge Threat doesn‘t give you any advantage.
If your opponent has Fearless on the QB then I don’t think Under Pressure helps you either.
Inside Stuff has been really hit or miss in general this year. It doesn’t activate as much as it should and a lot of times the DT goes right passed the ball carrier.

All of this is preach! Amen
We'd have to see your team and the types of plays your calling. It sounds like you probalby want another ET. UP sucks and IS doesnt work that well with fearless and not as OP with IS was as last year.
If youre not sending at least 4 every play, with 2 ET on, you probably wont get much pressure. Even with EP, ET either negates it or they dont normally have it on both tackles.

its called Secure protector, destroys inside stuff

SP sucks though so if youre not getting it free... woof. And unless IS is 0 points or maybe 1 that you had laying around, probably dont want to use it either
try using a dime variation such as 3-5 will or the various versions of it with slightly different names depending on the playbook
use plays like dime blitz - where you have 2 cbs blitz plus the 3 linemen
if you get really desperate you can do the blitz that sends both linebackers, a cb, and the d-line
i user the defender that is playing zone or man and allow the cpu to blitz - seems to work better than if im manually using a blitzer
although nickel 2-4 blitz where both linebackers plus the d-line blitz can be user played - but the thing is you play the safety or cb that is man coverage on the hb - if the hb stays back to block rush your man straight up the middle - works the best if you can time the snap with your user in full sprint
It took me a little while to get my Dline performing to my liking and abilities dialed in. I run mostly a 3-4 formation, typically only rush 4, and always the same 4. Running a Dolphins theme, Ingram at ROLB with DON, Carter at RE with DR, Adams at DT, no abilities, and Jason Taylor at LE with ET, DON and unpredictable. I slant my line outside and never contain. Half the time the QB can get a throw off, the other half he’s getting hit or sacked. And if I need to get there a little quicker then I blitz my use and crowd the line. Always gets gets my outside rushers 1 on 1
I get constant, gamechanging pressure with my D Line and they’re the foundation for my entire defense. I’m running 4-3, there is no need to blitz. ppl are afraid to run 4-3 these days.
Use the strategy item that boosts block shedding for your Dline by 3.
Get 2 Edge threats going on both sides and put them in a QB contain. QB rolls out, they’re toast. no need for a spy.
Siragusa gets a 1 AP defensive rally ability, DR is huge. Gives your whole line extra rush points on 3rd and 4th. You need 1 big fuckin powerful space eater on the inside with double or nothing and unstoppable force.
Dline play Is a huge emphasis for me. If they dont have a lot of time in the pocket, you don’t have to worry so much about their Passing game. They won’t have time. You could put short route KO on both corners. then what will they do? can’t run.. no time to throw deep.. short passes getting knocked out.
there’s no need to run these dollar blitzes where you have 3 lineman and are sending your precious DBs. not when 4 lineman can stop the run and get insane pressure and yore able to have your coverage Guys in coverage. With a powerful Dline, their O line will be forced to double team someone. That’s when you start blitzing. Just 1 guy. I send a SS off the edge in 4-3 big nickel. That’s the epitome of pressure.
also, try having all your dlineman have a tier 1 chemistry so they get +1 strength. Lots of good legends linemen.
people have forgotten the sheer terror that is a mighty 4-3.
Send a corner blitz every few plays and blitz from different spots. I also recommend subbing out DLineman. For example, if I had Aidan Hutchinson at RE and Montez Sweat at LE, after a few plays I might switch the two and put Hutch at LE and Sweat at RE. This prevents blocker resistance from increasing as much

I run 3-4 Odd about 90% of the game rushing 4, and occasionally 5 if I need a little more pressure. My Dline is always my best and most impactful position group. No man press blitz garbage from me, I get no enjoyment playing that way. Just straight up old school football won in the trenches. Same method I’ve used the last 12 years of Madden

This is great advice, I swap me ends throughout the game as well and I use corner blitz’s regularly.
