Claimed it. Checked twice since to make sure everything was linked correctly (even though nothing has changed since last year with my accounts). Nothing. It’s been a full week and I’ve given up. EA said “f**k everyone” this year

Yeah I claimed it too and haven't received it either.
Open a case with support and they closed it without resolving.
Either they are the most incompetent development team or they are deliberately cutting off rewards to us.
Perhaps both in some cases.

It's not showing as being available to be claimed on my Prime Gaming page. I claimed the Russell Wilson card without issue last month.

My prime gaming page shows only the September pack has been release.

As others have alluded to, it appears that October's pack isn't ready to claim yet.
Further to this, I checked my own account prior to posting, searched for Madden, and was greeted with a link that said 'Ends in 16 days'.
I can only assume from this that people only have, as of now, 16 days to claim the September pack before October's becomes available. And it is highly likely that it will be tied into Most Feared in some way.

With most feared announced for this week prime pack prob comes this week or next

The site shows the September one is still available for 15 days, so i assume October’s comes down after that
