There is technically a chance, just like playing the lottery.

Yeah I agree 100%, even at the price of training being so low, it’s not even enjoyable to open mystery packs really, always leads to disappointment in my experience.

Ya but if I’m spending 50$ on a pack I want a very very good chance of winning big the chances should be much better than the lottery it’s also more expensive than the lottery lol

Ahhh, yes -- the ole classic junkie-justification. If only a had a nickel for each and every time i heard (or thought) that routine. This is exactly why they say, Step 1 is admitting you have a problem. All joking aside, help is available, brother. You are not alone.

ShadyMccoy66 said:Now with training almost being obtainable at 1 per (if lucky) I’ve been opening mystery packs. The amount of gold players is absolutely bonkers, disgusting ass company. Had 39 combine packs saved opened all of them and not a single 96 actually kind of hilarious. Why do we still play this game?
Typically people start collecting Training leading up to Easter promo, assuming there will be re-rolls of some type. I would not be holding my breath for this, especially not based on the sheer levels of laziness, greed, low-effort, recycled content we've been getting with extremely low pack odds and pull rates on decent cards. I have a feeling this is going to go the way that Christmas did. At least that was premier content, despite EA being a real grinch for MUTmas.
Why do we still play this game?
. . . is the exactly correct question to pose here. I'm still wondering, myself. Continues to get harder and harder to care about this buggy ass mess.
Haven’t bought packs with coins in probably 3 years. Only time I spend money is beginning of year. Packs are simply only for gambling addicts. No one with a healthy mindset opens them. There is typically less than a 10% chance to even break even with a pack. That’s just stupid.

_I don't use prugs in real life, it's just smoking a little crack. _ 😏
Hey man, it's your life. Just be careful, it can be a slippery slope. Unfortunately, I speak from experience, as a MUT-addict myself... i could have purchased a giant new OLED for my bedroom with the amount i've pissed away on this bad game.

Tell me about it lmfao it used to be vbucks but I got over that

We're still buying V-bucks for the ten year old, he's finally branched off to having his own account, so we've got at least two Fortnite accounts with a not insignificant amount of cash sunk into it over the past ~4 years, or so. At least those are purely cosmetic.
This pay to win bullshit is absolutely brutal, what a disadvantage to be without players and cards that get ridiculously good X-factor abilities, especially ones that start and remain ON the entire game.
"90% of gamblers quit when they're about to hit big"
We still play it so we can wallow in the oppression that is forced upon us he EA until their contract with the NFL expires in 2027 (if the contract is extended I’m going to kill myself)
So I am gonna be a conspiracy theorist. I think they have days were they throttle packs and days that they nerf them.. I just rolled close to 400k training and best pull was a 91. Then there are days where 93 after 93 pop outta packs with the occasional higher card. Just wish they were somewhat consistent.

I’ve always thought this, dynamic pack odds based on whatever the fuck factors

Yea the madden bullshit is so bad, have to pay if you want a chance to compete, or realistically waste ur life away on it. The vbucks issue never dies I got over 300 skins
