proud of myself - just got super angry and didn't break anything

was bout to smash another controller but I didn't, I got it back under control now, just screamed and cussed out my wall and now we good, this game gets me so fucking angry, hate losing to kids that are better just because they are 36+ months deep and I'm on month 2, guarantee I was better than them at month 2 tho

got past it and won't look back, losing when I'm this invested makes me so angry tho, fucking hate losing to these kids

lets get it, never again breaking something from this game or a video game that's kid type shit, just need to acknowledge how angry I am and give it an outlet, the emotion is good, means you care and aren't depressed / numb to everything, but it's not easy to deal with when you are super invested and getting your ass whooped

I hear you man. I think it's more about how we lose than actually losing. I can take a close tough loss but when my opponent is running 20 yards backwards and throwing it into double coverage and getting the 1st down and then celebrating, i get fucking mad lmao

yes that's basically what I mean, we lose majority of the time because our opponents know how to exploit the AI better than us and that is what makes me angry ASF I think, also losing in general doesn't make me happy but the way it happens def adds a bunch of salt

Yea i hate losing but if i fuck up i'm like ok, wtf did i do and how do i fix it. At least i know i'm the reason for losing and not some EA bullshit

same there's already a big part of me that wants to quit and go back to fortnite, only game I've played pretty much since 2018 was fortnite, epic games doesn't make trash IMO

I just love football but this isn't really acceptable to me so idk... spent so much money on this game too and tried hard getting into it, idk how long I'm going to last... maybe just tired but not sure I can keep dealing

I've had to contain myself from breaking controllers anymore.  Financially it's not worth it since controllers are so expensive, lol.  But don't get me wrong, I 100% get you.  I've broken many controllers from boss fights in different types of games (Ninja Gaiden, etc) in the past.

If you're feeling nothing but frustration from the game, maybe you should consider going back to Fortnite.  I wouldn't let the game bring you down or anything.
