PSA For Those Who Are Still Unaware: The BND Ridley Is For Those Who Opened Packs Between 1/6-1/9

Still seeing threads being made questioning why people are receiving a BND Calvin Ridley as a customer service grant so here yall go.

Hey MUT Community, 

The team identified an issue from 1/6/24 @ 10:30AM ET through 1/9/24 @ 5:25PM ET where LTD Calvin Ridley was advertised as available in packs. Affected players who received the messaging and purchased packs where he would be available during the time frame will receive the following. 

1x Campus Heroes II Calvin Ridley BND 

This makegood has begun to distribute and will continue to be distributed in waves.

Btw this has NOTHING to do with EA Play. I know some are confused since this pack was granted alongside today's EA Play reward (91 OVR Kenneth Walker III).

Just got him, I'm assuming they've pretty much given this to everyone as I didn't use money to buy packs during the timeframe and still got him.

This applies to all packs, not just packs that cost points

I bought several CH2 fantasy packs and rerolls and never got him

Per EA ppl are getting him in waves, so if you bought him during the timespan mentioned above and still don't have him after some time passes then you should really worry and contact EA (No)Help.

Interesting that I got the BND Ridley but only open the 500 gold player pack everyday. I would assume almost everyone would get it then as long as they open the daily 500 coin pack.

Technically you could have gotten him in any pack(except the ones that like guarantee a certain promo only that wasn't ch2) so the 500 coin counts
