I would he puts him at cb 3 or subs in game, I would not put peppers at anything but slot cb or user he is to slow now to play overtop, U could make it work if u run a tt but besides that.

Its Byard (gets pre-lit Universal Coverage/Mid Zone/Pick Artist all for free) or Derwin but most use him at CB

Rn I’m rockin with Byard and hairs up top for the universal coverage

Honestly with lurk artist and deep out zone ko(for 3 ap it’s harder to make work, but with browns discounts it’s no problem) peppers is playing well for me so far at FS And has been making plays.  I have brown at ss with pick artist, deep zone ko, and the mid zone light it up cause he comes down in the big nickel when I run that.  I have maxed Ray Lewis and the mcs Parham as my sub lb. I can’t change off of parham yet he’s been an animal and jumping out of the stadium getting picks that other guys wouldn’t even touch. Im sure if I switch peppers out for parham I’d have similar results, maybe even better with parham up top since he is a lot faster. Maybe I’ll try peppers out in the slot tho with brown and parham up top

Fair enough, these ability stacks are absolutely elite, X-factor, Mid Zone KO & Pick Artist insanely good. Fairly pricey for many/most.

I'm still running two D-line X-factors, I may need to adjust. Have been using Byard as upgrade piece in big Rob, but Linchpin more a luxury.

Need to choose my 1875 Star reward, finally reached that mark.

Wish I had Derwin, but I'm struggling to decide if I want to run two X-factors on my DBs (Byard & Kam) or keep two on D-line (Sapp & George).

Haven't seen that many Secure Protectors just yet, but I've been grinding mostly House Rules. Probably should try MUT Champs, been a minute. Nothing really to grind for in Comp Field pass.

Him and Malik are absolute dogs at safety for me J is basically a cracked out ryan neal i only got rid of neal for the sb chem.

Anyone play him at corner? Thinking about using him on outside in cover 3 as I have Ronnie up top and he plays so well. Also thinking of new Jaire CB too, maybe surtain for free PA and FZKO

Yes, absolutely i've been running Ji`Ayir Brown almost exclusively at Slot CB, as i've still got Kam (and Ronnie) as over top deep safety help, although I'm tinkering with perhaps moving Byard to FS, we'll see.  I think Brown would make an absolutely fantastic outside corner, with 1AP Deep Zone KO, although these days i prefer to also have Mid Zone KO on my outside corners, as the double-corner breaking routes tend to have one short and one deep corner... the short-breaking corner route tends to get underneath a 20 yard Deep Zone KO, in my limited experience.

I just built the new Jaire CB late last evening, although I haven't (yet) found a spot for him on the roster, so he's still being used as an upgrade for 0AP Linchpin.  There's a whole bunch of really decent DBs lately.  For the most part I want to have Flat Zone KO on my Slot corner(s) or at the very least, Mid Zone KO... but on the outside i prefer both.  Super versatile, you can run Brown almost anywhere, IMO.

I realize this is feeling a bit dated, but even after the new Free Agency promo dropped today, i don't think there's any question about it -- only Kyle Hamilton is superior to Brown.  He's ridiculously versatile, can play basically anywhere, from deep Safety, to outside Corner, or even Slot.  Especially if you can add a Light it Up X-factor token to him, he gets an absolutely incredible stack;  Deep Zone KO (both Deep In & Deep Out) plus Pick Artist (or Flat Zone KO) for a mere 1AP.  Plus, add token to get either Reinforcement (1AP) or as i'm running him, Mid Zone KO for 0AP.

Incredible, don't snooze on this.  Still ridiculously relevant, IMO.
