When I made the RG3 GT couple years ago I made sure he was 99 carry . . . card was crazy. Vick has a fumble issue so his Golden Ticket would never fumble lol.

I would do Allen Lazard. A current player who is a 6'5" WR would be cool. With some nice boosts and good abilities, that card would be OP for a Jets TT.
