Madden 24 has changed releases again. I have not heard which is best or seen a study like there was in years past. Most people are liking Lamar's release, putting up with Aikman for the SFL. I watched Chakaflak whatever his name rate Moon as horrible (Release) and witnessed everyone follow whatever he said and talks crap about his release. He specifically mentions his short right release windup, I agree while holding in the receiver button until he throws the ball his short right release is horrible. I have noticed if you do not hold the button until the throw, if you just press it long enough for it to register a bullet pass his release is rather quick. This mechanic drastically changes most if not all releases. I haven’t labbed any of this, I have only tested a little while playing h2h and mut champs. I can say without a doubt if you press the button just long enough for it to register a bullet pass 2 things happen; 1) you get the ball out quicker, 2) you cannot free form as much if at all.
What do you all think? Have any of you tried to press the button for just longer than a touch pass? I cannot be the only one that has noticed this.
Also, Comment below to which you think the actual best release is. I am liking Moon now because of his quick mid release and better than most deep release.
